Title: Reduction of Hard Exudate Clumps during the Management of DME

Description: A 43-year-old male was diagnosed with severe NPDR with DME in both eyes. The Right Eye (OD) fundus had clumps of hard exudates with a cholesterol plaque at the center. The patient was treated with 4 doses of intravitreal Injection over a period of 6 months, out of which 2 were combinations of ranibizumab and 2 mg of triamcinolone acetonide and the other 2 were ranibizumab alone. Picture A shows the OD fundus on visit 1, and picture B shows the OD fundus after 6 months of the 1st visit. There was significant resolution of exudates over the period of time.
