Description: Unlasered Proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) can present with extensive vascular proliferations. A 56 year old male with type 2 diabetes mellitus for the last 15 years and no retina evaluation to date presented with advanced PDR in his left eye. Visual acuity at presentation was CF 1 metre.
