Title: Pre-Papillary Vascular Loop
Description: A 37-year-old hypertensive male patient presented to us with decrease in vision in Right eye for last 6 months. On examination his BCVA in OD- 6/18, N8 and OS- 6/6, N6. Slit Lamp examination revealed, both eyes phakic and Anterior segment is within normal limit. AT was 14 mm of Hg in OD and 12 mm of Hg in OS. Fundus examination of OD showed a vascular loop in pre-papillary area with few HE in Macular area, OS- Fundus normal. FFA in OD confirmed vascular loop, without any leakage of dye. OCT- OD showed few hyperreflective spots in OPL suggestive of HE and minimal CME.
