Description: 23 year old male, presenting with complaints of Left Eye diminution of vision since childhood. Diagnosed to have bilateral hypermetropia with Left Eye amblyopia, with bilateral extensive Congenital Hypertrophy of Retinal Pigment Epithelium (CHRPE) lesions. Patient is a known case of Familial Adenomatous Polyposis on regular followup with gastroenterologist.
