61 year old man presented with blurring of vision in both eye since 10 years . OD - counting finger 2mt and OS- counting finger 3mt. on fundus examination drusen seen in macula and peripapillary area classical of DHRD. This is a case showing advanced stage of DHRD with geographic atrophy in both eye
