Title: A Close call
Description: A 40 Year old gentleman with h/o blunt trauma 25 years back came came with complaints of floaters and field defect in right eye persisting since many years. His BCVA was 6/6 both eyes. Fundus examination showed diffuse RPE pigmentary degeneration and gliosis on temporal half of fundus suggestive of spontaneously settled retinal detachment just stopping short of macula. OCT shows no SRF,EZ loss and RPE thickening
